Hello! I am a music composer who specializes in mainly ambient music and hip-hop, but I am quite varied. I've been playing VN's for a long time now and I'd like to contribute music to some VN's for free! (I simply want credited for the use of my music) Also, I'm a moderator over at the main Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni subreddit, so I like to assume I know my VN's pretty well. In the video is a demo song I created today with a strong mystery vibe. I do not use AI in my work at all and I am staunchly against the use of AI in creative fields. I also have linked to a few songs in my google drive that show how varied I am. The last three songs are YouTube links because I forgot that I didn't have those songs saved in my google drive, this is not to plug my youtube lol. Also to clarify, I would be be making songs FOR your game, these would not be reused from other projects (unless I had some songs laying around that I didn't use anywhere else that would fit the vibe).

Hello! I wanted to clarify our policy on machine generated fan “art”. We here at the Higurashi subreddit do not and WILL not ever accept ai artwork to be posted here. It goes without saying that ai wholly generating music, or artwork, etc, is immoral and strips out the human connection art inherently has. It is simply soulless and hollow. Humans should be proud of their artwork, and that is why we implore artists to post their work here, just not ai generated ones.

And regarding how we deal with posts that break this policy, if it is posted unknowingly it first results to a warning (accidents happen, it’s okay), if ai-created fanart is uploaded again from the same account, it can/will result in a 7 day mute from the community. Lastly, if it happens once more, it can result in a full on ban. Most of the time we will simply take down the offending post and ask that you don’t reupload it/ask you to post artwork made by a real human.
