ASUS TUF F15 (11th Gen)

ASUS TUF F15 (11th Gen) not starting without charger, battery suddenly drops to 0% and shuts down

Hi everyone, I need help with an issue on my ASUS TUF F15 (11th Gen).

Problem:

My laptop is around 3 years old and recently it does not start without the charger connected. Even if I charge it to 100%, the battery percentage suddenly disappears / shows 0%, and the laptop shuts down automatically.

After connecting the charger, it turns on again after some time.

Laptop details:

- Model: ASUS TUF F15 (11th Gen)

- Age: ~3 years old

- Issue: Won’t boot without charger, battery drops suddenly to 0%, auto shutdown

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Could this be a battery problem, charging IC issue, motherboard issue, or BIOS issue? Any fixes or suggestions would be really helpful.

TCS Interview Experience (Hyderabad – VJIET College) |

I recently attended a TCS interview at VJIET College, Hyderabad, and wanted to share my experience honestly.

- Reporting time was 12 PM, but I got my interview chance around 4:30 PM, so the waiting time was quite long.

- There were around 30 candidates for one panel. After interviews, about 20 people were asked to stay back, and the rest (including me) were asked to leave — which basically meant rejection.

Interview Experience:

- There were two interviewers (mid-40s).

- They directly asked me to write an SQL query, so I wrote the 2nd highest salary query.

- They didn’t even ask for a proper introduction.

- Then they asked if I knew Java. I clearly mentioned I’m more comfortable with Python, but they still continued asking Java-based questions.

- They asked about OOP concepts, and I explained them. Then they asked me to give examples of encapsulation and abstraction, which I answered. The interviewer seemed a bit uninterested throughout.

- After that, they asked about my resume and project, and the interview ended quickly.

- When I asked for feedback, they said:

“If you meet me outside, I’ll tell you. I can’t share it here.”

Outcome:

I was not asked to stay back, so I think I was rejected.

Honestly, I’m not fully sure what went wrong. The process felt a bit unpredictable, and it’s hard to judge performance based on such a short interaction.

If anyone else faced a similar situation or has insights on how TCS evaluates in such cases, please share. Trying to understand and improve for the next opportunity.
