Hello

Hello. My name is Dave and I just started the Wegovy pill today. I'm right now 255 to 260 and hoping that the medication will help with the head hunger. I'm an avid runner so the 40 pounds or so I gained over the last few years is not good. Just posting a picture from a few weeks ago for starting picture.
