Broken Fence Flip Smith to sataN Spin

Disclaimer: Yup, I n00b1shly sped up the replay speed during the satan spin because I couldn't for the life of me find a way to make it spin faster. I think it's due to the diameter of the pole. But if anyone of you has hints on how to get that working (aside from lowering grind friction which I tried to no avail), my eternal gratitude is for you! 🙌
P.S.: Yeah I know, getting the cam to circle smoothly is freaking hard... but hey, at least I can say I tried 😉

Throwdown update speed loss workaround: Caveman jump

Hey everyone! Since the latest update, which introduced throwdowns, has caused serious problems gaining speed fast on short run-ups that could be cleared by running and getting on board before, here's a (non-elegant) workaround until the problem hopefully gets fixed:

While the update has removed the speed bost that you used to get when running and quickly pushing the get-on-the-board-button, this doesn't work any more after the update. You can, however, run, jump, and get on the board caveman-style, hereby keeping the speed boost you used to get before the update.

Sounds complicated? Here's a quick demonstration: Running 4 steps + the new throwdown clearly gives you much less speed than running 2 steps + jumping + getting on board mid-air. Won't look very elegant in the replay, but for now, it's better than not being able to skate all those short run-up spots anymore.

Testing the new throwdown feature in a spot where there's a comfortable amount of run-up space.
I think it's great that throwdowns are finally there, still, I'm a bit torn about the update since the animation seems to make some spots with very short run-ups unskateable for me because the animation takes too much time.
Hope they'll just add an on/off switch for throwdowns in the settings.
