Hi all! It’s my first post here I just needed some advice!

I’m playing Miss Argentina in a parody of Beetlejuice called bugdrink at my school, but I’m also playing Karen (aka the parody version of Delia, this casting is kinda like the OBC version lol) but I’m confused of how I’m gonna do the quick change from Karen to Miss Argentina.

In the original production, Delia is on stage during the scene where Lydia accidentally performs an exorcism on Barbara, this scene is right next to the Netherworld, where Delia literally runs off stage from Beetlejuice during the transition from the Beetlejuice house to the netherworld.

Obviously Miss Argentina has makeup on her face and arms, and I seriously have no idea of how I’m gonna do all that in about 20 seconds.

Also it’s gonna be awkward because we use the sports hall for our shows, and the nearest thing we can use with a quick change area is either the toilet outside the hall or in the mini backstage area (it’s like mega tiny, all we can fit in there is a couple people, a bench and props behind that bench.

So does anyone have any ideas of what I could do? I wanted to approach my drama teacher about this matter tomorrow but I’d thought I would ask here.

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone had any videos of the curtain call from the Norwegian Viva production?

The only one I do one is from a leak of the house cam from the show, but the version I have of that stops a couple of seconds into the exit music.

So does anyone have any videos of the curtain call or exit music because I’m really interested of seeing how they did the curtain call with the limited time, speaking of that, why did they have a limited time?

Hi all! Closing night of Beetlejuice is slowly arriving for the west end production of BJ (ik im mega depressed too) and I wanted to know what everyone is wearing in terms of cosplay!

I want to go full trans diva and be Miss Argentina as I’m being her for my school musical this December!

I was looking at the Andrew Lloyd Webber licensing website to licence School of Rock for my school’s production next year, and I saw Phantom is available to licence?

I asked myself how that would work, because Christine’s range, and the chandelier, because some schools might not have the person to play Christine or the equipment for a chandelier like that.

So how would that work, discuss it in this post.

Hi all! I’m a 15-year-old autistic person living in the UK.

I haven’t been successful in the 2 auditions I’ve done, I’ve gotten ensemble, I think the reasons are that I always freeze up when I have to sing infront of the directive team, and even when I feel prepared, I always have to do my lines infront of one of the directives (he’s really nice I worked with him on the first audition) but when it gets to the shows my confidence is amazing and I remember every word and choreo without messing up, so does anyone have any advice?

Hi all it's me again!

I just had a question about the house sets on the Broadway Production (Original and 1st Remount only).

How do they switch out the house sets in only like a couple songs? Like when it switches to the Deetz house from the Maitlands from Dead Mom to Day-O, and from the Interval into Girl Scout, is there 3 different sets or can the sets just change in that like 20 minute span?

Need to find out because I'm doing a roblox production and I don't wanna switch out the houses by making them go to the ceiling or something and then switch out during like say my name

Hi! I saw the London production of Beetlejuice for the first time (my first Beetlejuice show lol) but I was curious why the curtain comes down more times then it does on Broadway, like I hardly saw the Broadway curtain come down when I saw slimes of it, but when I went to London to see it live for the first time, it came down more, and I just wanted to ask why that is?

I thought it’s because the house set me different, but it came down during dead mom so I’m mega confused why.

I’d thought it would come down during the netherworld transition but it didn’t, so someone explain 😭

Hello CastingCallClub! I'm making a production of Beetlejuice in Roblox! And I need a confident cast and, as a theatre fan, for beetlejuice and musical theatre as I am for this project to come to life!

AVAILABLE ROLES!
Lydia Deetz
Charles Deetz
Delia
Juno
Miss Argentina
Girl Scout

But Professional-Book993! How do I audition?

I'll tell you how: go into any Beetlejuice game and record yourself stating your Roblox username and who you're auditioning for.

Then proceed to act as the character you've chosen; it could be from any song, even one of their solos in the song if you'd wish! (e.g Adam's bit in Ready Set, Not Yet)

But where do I send it to once I'm done?

That's a great question! And I'll tell you how!

• Publish the audition on YouTube (either unlisted or public) and send it to beetlejuicerobloxcasting@gmail.com, or if you have any public performances on Youtube or anywhere else, that can be an option!
• Send the file directly to the casting team at beetlejuicerobloxcasting@gmail.com
• Or contact me via discord directly @ lycanfullmoon

Once you've submitted the audition, it'll be reviewed by our casting team, and you should get a response within a couple of hours to a day!

We'll be communicating by Discord in a private cast server!

Good luck!

(PLEASE NOTE YOU NEED TO BE IN A AMERICAN OR EUROPEAN TIMEZONE!)

Hi! I've been searching for an isolated version of the exit music for Beetlejuice? It's for a production I'm doing with my school and I can't find it anywhere, I have the main bows music but not the Exit Music.

So I'm 14 M to F, came out around a couple weeks ago to one of my teachers at school, my parents have been openly >!transphobic !<in the past, and I want to come out to them but I don't know how, does anyone have any advice?
