Any advice is appreciated

I had this plant for a while and I guess I noticed those spots after some time and I did question it but I never thought to look it up and thought maybe that’s apart of the neon pink syngonium look and until I had Alocasia that had spider mites so I started looking at my plants more and I looked under the leaf and realized I think I might have had spider mites that spread from here to my alocisia and other sygoniums and now I see the mites very lightly on my dieffenbachia and I’m starting to worry and I’m not sure what to do. I heard about neem oil spray but I know some are unsafe so I just wanted to come here and ask if anyone has some advice to get rid of spidermites or what this even is? Thanks everyone
