2014 Corolla S -221k miles. Owned for two years

All my previous stickshifts have been 5 speeds. My mental block on that didn’t even register that there was a 6th gear. My normal freeway speeds have been between 75-80 mph in 5th gear. With the ~0.70 ratio for 6th gear, my mpg has gone up dramatically.

My question is: what is the lowest speed one can reasonably keep it in 6th gear to be efficient? At 65 mph, i’m not sure the engine isn’t low-rev straining… what are your thoughts?
