Would this be considered harassment by a landlord and if so what can I do about it?

Hey I am a severely disabled 40yo male with a 4yo child, I was renting a unit with another disabled person, we took over the lease, I guess the previous lady and her young daughter got the hell out of there ASAP, unfortunately I was about to find out why, the neighbors! Very invasive always complaining, taking photos, following around the property, but it was the mid 30s male, that seemed to take an interest in my son, he followed me outside one day and began talking to my son through his bedroom window, this was it for me, stay the f away from my kid, told his mother the same, been living there for about 5 weeks at this point, so this weirdo, being upset he was called out, drunk at 3pm in the day, went up to his balcony and began shouting that we are fucking morons, so I recorded it and sent it to my landlord.

Next was the landlord and this is what I want to know is harassment or not? On two occasions there was garbage outside our front door, again both disabled, and remember this neighbor liked to complain, so she did twice, landlord made us aware of the safety hazard

Here is the harassment part they made us aware by sending us a picture of our front door, twice! Taken by the neighbor they have a video, screaming at us that we are fn morons, could this be considered intimidation? Or harassment? Kinda wanna follow up on it as I was out rent, as much like the previous parent, I got the hell out of there ASAP

And if I have a case who do I send the video too, and the two pictures of my front door they took, that my landlord sent me?

Neighbor screaming at me from his balcony, landlords sending me pictures of my front door he took

My neighbor is a drunk who is in his 30s, he kept coming outside anytime me and my 4yo left the house, to hang out with my kid, so I told him where to go, he staggers home and begins shouting at me from the balcony that "i am an fn moron" drunk at 3pm, so I recorded it and sent it to my landlord. What happened next over the course of a few weeks was my landlord on two occasions sent me a picture of my front door taken by this neighbor "with something stupid attached, like hey those cigarette butts outside your front door are a safety concern please clean them up" after being made aware this guy keeps coming to my front door in the hopes my child answers, my landlord now wants me to make it "safer" for him. The question is would it be normal to send a tenant pictures of their front door taken by a neighbor they have video evidence of harassment? I received this email about the butts being a safety concern on a day where the neighbors guests smashed a wine bottle outside our home, this wasn't included in their complaints, same kids smashing also same kids kicking my door. The 30yo neighbor was buying underage kids alcohol and giving it to them at the back of our unit where he was hiding it

In person physiotherapy appointment

I just spent an hour sitting on a blue plastic school chair, telling the story, you all know told many times. Trembling due to my essential tremor, severe vision distortion due to God knows what and when I got home at noon I crashed for over 3 hours nearly missed my child at school due to CFS/ME pem episode, frigging blue chair!

What I dont understand was how unprofessional her absolute lack of understanding was? I should have just laid on the floor for 15mins and talked to her, my actual Covid-19 Physiotherapist would have probably recommended it.

Now I live in a city where the hospitals Covid-19 rehabilitation was de funded two years ago, 300 people cut loose and given a pamphlet made by the local hospital Maybe 30 pages or so describing the ins and outs of Long Covid-19. What I dont understand is why would a Physiotherapist not read a pamphlet like the one the hospital gave me? Why doesn't whomever governs her profession send her it or something similar? It's been years and she was learning from me, she was that lost.

Thank you for my rant

But telling me to focus on what I can do and not bother focusing on PEM that is inevitable, was terrible advice I believe, best be prepared and aware of a possible upcoming PEM episode in my opinion. Moderate walk at the weekend what ya doing Wednesday/Thursday? Napping the weekend off probably. "Dont think about it advice" only made it much worse

PEM/CFS and hard labor 24/7 oncall

Hey, I used to work in the trades 24/7 oncall. Is anyone else worried that working and ignoring the symptoms for so long has absolutely destroyed their baseline and it's now gone bye bye and because of this they may never work again? And are frustrated that this wasn't made aware to them, only the symptoms of short covid, never long covid

Is pacing life long?

Hey I suffer from Cfs/PEM like many of us I am pacing, it helps alot, will this eventually lift or get better after a certain amount of time pacing? Or is pacing a life long coping technique for cfs? Been off work for 2 years coming to terms with the next 5 10 or 15 years. Thank you

Hey all, when I wake up no matter the time of night or even from hours long day naps, I am wide awake, no yawning, no groggyness, no stiff or sore joints, no sleep in my eyes, no time needed to wake up, it only takes seconds, waking my young child up for school makes me realize how abnormal this is, kinda wouldn't mind hearing others stories also suffer PEM took kid for soccer kick around 30 minutes cost me 90 minutes nap when we got home, hate it. Thanks looking forward to hearing from you all about if this is happening to you also?
