5 months post op

I had lefort 1 VME and genioplasty 5 months ago and septoplasty 2 months ago.

First picture is before surgery
Second and third pictures are 2.5 months post op of lefort 1 vme and genioplasty
Last 3 puctures are post op of both surgeries as of today.

Didn't get lower jaw surgery done as my bone wasn't sufficient according to surgeon.
