هل لسى يبتعثون لكندا للرزدنسي؟ اقصد يعني الي حاجزين مقاعد و لا توقف؟ الي يعرف رجاء يقول و اذا الشهص درس طب برا شلون يمدي اقدم عليه هل لازم اسوي انتيرنشيب هنا و لا كيف؟ الي يعرف بليز يرد هنا او على الخاص

عندي اهتمام في تخصص الجراحة العامة بس اني ادرس طب برا السعودية (انا من السعودية)
كيف نظام الرزدنسي، من وين احصل هذي المعلومات؟ هل التخصص التنافس فيه عالي؟ هل احتاج letters of سrecommendations?
كيف احصل elective اذا انا برا السعودية؟ هل لازم اعرف احد و يمدي ارسل ايميل للمستشفى و اشوف؟
ايش افضل المستشفيات للتدريب من ناحية التعليم و ساعات العمل
اذا في احد رزدنت حالياً او يعرف احد ممكن تتواصلون معي عندي اسئلة زيادة
Our school has us do a month of clinical placement after first year, 2 weeks surg and 2 weeks med.
I am having a hard time doing things without being told what to do? I've asked people and they said make of it what you want.
I want to practice histories but the patients look very sick and I dont wanna annoy them.
I have practiced suturing before but was not 100% confident so I never really told the team that I would like to practice. In my head feels weird to practice on pts when Im not atleast 80-90% confident I dont like making mistakes. Another classmate of mine was almost begging to suture and had yhe opportunity but kinda messed up on an 8 yr old.
I understand I need to do things on pts to get better but these are real acute pts I dont wanna make mistakes or make any pt feel uncomfortable.
How the heck do I get over this??? Same thing happened at my clinical job it just took me a couple of weeks to get comfortable then i started performing really well, the question is how can I accelerate this growth?
Im not a timid person I just like to know what the norm is before doing anything and Im not getting any direction, is this just the reality of the clinical part of medical school?

I NEED HELP!!!! I have 3b-3c curly hair and for the last couple of years it has been very very damaged. So i keep doing these big cuts to remove it but again grows damaged😭😭😭😭😭😭
I can barely get it past my shoulders and unfortunatly I dont look good in short hair.
There is specifically a very very very damaged part of my hair, the crown, that I cut almost to be extremely short because it pissed me off and now hair looks horrible😭
My routine:
Shampoo and conditoner: Herbal eseences or ganier honey something 1-2 times a week and I usually do a deep mask either before or during shower.
Styling: I sleep on a satin pillowcase. Maybe its the styling, I do not wear my hair curly since its too short so I braid it when its wet and usually sleep with it that way. So its basically wavy most of the time. I always have it in loose buns or braids and dont use heat.
The healthiest part of my hair are my micro bangs that I always trim and some of the inner parts of my hair.
I was suspecting my diet but even when I eat better I never notice a differnce and sometime just go through periods of stress where I am not eating enough.
I was also suspecting my showers are too hot but I love hot showers😭 any advice or similar experiences are appreciated PLEASE!!! I cannot keep cutting and cutting I just want long healthy hair
