Just recently aquired an 05 XRS with a blown 2zz. I’m getting a Celica GTS donor car for free!!! So I believe this car was worth the price with how CLEAN it is. Just wanted to show off the car lol

Need body work, has authentic Veilside front end. Just need her gone and I need another car. Don’t got the time or money to put into her right now
Currently looking at switching these up. Either stripping the black barrel and chrome off and keep em aluminum (I bought them originally thinking they were chromed out) or do I try trading for another set?🤔 let me see them wheels! Need to make up my mind lol. Currently running 225/45/R17 (need smaller sidewalls in the future)
The 05 XR lives to see redline another day! After being in limp mode for almost a month now I finally dialed in the wirring. Below is a video to see if it did hit lift or not (it didn’t and I know why) so hopefully soon I’ll be hitting lift in this swap!
As some of you may know I’ve got a 2000 Celica GTS with 450k km on it. She’s a 6 speed and I love her dearly but man this broken lift bolt is getting the best of me… not a single person in my area is willing to take on the job and I’m just wondering how much yall think it’s worth. Completely stock other than a wing delete and a veilside front bumper (authentic) I know the bumper is worth around 1.5-2k$ cad by itself so I was wondering would you sell the bumper separately or sell it with the car? Also looking at potential straight trades for a matrix XRS… thoughts?
Went to buy a “Veilside” rep front bumper off a friend and it ended up being authentic… scored this for 200$ CAD🫣
I’ve got a 2000 Celica GTS manual that I’m trynna extract this intake lift bolt out of. I’ve got the cam out and everything but I’m at the point where I drilled most of it out and tried punching the rocker out, if it’s not coming out I’m guessing don’t force it out right? If any of you guys have any experience that could help me it would be very much appreciated🙏
All of you may know my 2zz swap project I’ve been having for like months now. Welp today was finally the day she wanted to give me signs of life… this swap was deemed “impossible” on forums online and everyone told me the swap wouldn’t be worth it. Yet here I am (ignore my excitement in the clip😅)
For all of you that know I have a 2zz swapped matrix XR. Last time I posted was about my crank no start but since then I’ve done improvements. I got a full XRS engine harness, reflashed ECU and a bunch of more goodies. She still won’t start but I have a feeling I’m really close…
