Hello as the title suggests, i do not need help in paying my loan, i only need advise on what to do. I applied for a loan with ensine credit finance and i got my loan approved for 80,000 but before it will be released, they need me to pay 9% or 7,800 as a deposit fee so that my loan will be sent to my gcash. Obviously i do not have that money so i asked the financial person in charge to cancel my loan. As per them, i still need to pay for the monthly payments until my loan is fully paid even though the amount was never credited to my e-wallet. And now, the cancellation fee is 10,000. Am i in the right or will this be a problem? Need answers.
