Got my dog on Thursday and he’s still having a hard time responding to his name. I get no look at all when I call his name. What should I do.

I just picked up my cane corso yesterday (7/2) and he hasn’t eaten yet. He refused to eat dinner last night but had drank water and gone pee multiple times. He also isn’t into any toys or treats yet. Mind you he was born to an Amish family and basically lived outside until I brought him home. Is this normal behavior and when will he be susceptible to any training and food.
