Stepping Down

Hi, Do anyone have the same experience as mine? I’ve just been recently hired in the US from oversees MICU. However, during my orientation period. I felt like a new nurse and everything to me is new. New protocol, system, charting, equipments. My manager decided that I can’t continue like this and suggested to transfer to IMC or medical ward.

I felt like I just lost a battle. But I know its for the good. For me and the patients that I’ll be working on. My heart just belongs to the MICU but right now I think i’m not yet prepared to face it.

What are your experiences? How did you cope up with this? Thank you in advance.

Subaru outback limited xt

Hi! I recently bought this baby and I am happy with it. I was originally considering the passport or the grand highlander but the apr was high. However, I unknowingly bought an extended protection package that includes windshield, tire, gap, and dings. Is buying that extended protection package worth it? What are your thoughts? I am considering cancelling it. Can I still cancel it? Thanks Guys!

Grand highlander nightshade or lexus tx350

Hi, I’m trying to buy a car for myself. I am currently in love with the grand highlander nightshade edition. But I also saw 2nd hand 2024/2025 lexus tx with low mileage. What are your thoughts on this? Which is more bang fo the buck?
