Outside of being a stunningly lovely and mad mini. Is he any good on the table and worth getting?

Hi everyone, does anyone have any good recommendations on how to make, or where to get paving/cobblestone style bases? (Above are the Saviours of Cinderfall and Hexbane Hunters base as examples)

I want to do an army walking through it's streets/fortifications style.

Tips and site recommendations are welcome (sadly no access to 3D printer).

Cogfort is 95% complete (only crew and basing left)

Have to say for as big and intimidating this kit is, it was a blast to work through!!!!

My rendition of the Aqshian Pyrocaster as I cannot help but convert or not use standard box character models

There are many Freeguild Marshalls here for all the Dawner crusades. This conversion is mine to lead my yet to be named Free City!

Tried out the IKEA Storage idea and have to admit once they are all painted this I think will look cool
