I will be transition to State Farm from another carrier

Field is a new role to me.. what should I be expecting?

So, I am 50 years old and a senior desk adjuster, o have the opportunity to move carriers to be a field adjuster. The pay will be the same less the OT I get as a DA.

The field position is about 3 hours from where I currently live so it would mean relocating

My current claim load is about 60 claims at any given time
