Non school buildings for studying / chilling + SLC

what are some good places for studying or are generally on the quiet side? i’m gonna be doing google meets often so i need to be able to talk while it not being too loud. free unlimited wifi is a huge plus

related question… what floors on the slc are good for this as well?

First Internship!!!

Just wanted to say I was able to get my first internship for my first year of uni. Really proud of myself :)

I was wondering for those who’ve done this before, when did you ask if there’s possibility for a job after the internship? It’s a flexible and remote position so things like school and location shouldn’t be an issue.

Thanks so much!

Can’t seem to find my actual bra size(???)

Hey i’m new to this community!! I just wanted to ask some things for those with bigger boobs since i’m kinda the only one in my family that has them, so i dont rlly have much knowledge :(

ever since ive been wearing proper bras, ive always noticed that the don’t really fit properly i think? i’m not sure if this is normal for bigger busts. i wear a 36DD, and whenever i walk my n*pples peak through the middle of the bra in between the cups after a while. it’s really annoying to adjust it all the time and also a bit embarrassing. is this a normal thing?? the wire also doesn’t always go right under the boob, leaving a small gap . i do wear looser fit clothing so i don’t get the extra support from my clothes. (but even then, it still happens with tight fitted clothing…) any advice? I’ve been wearing la vie en rose and la senza bras

and on the topic of clothes… what clothing brands or items do you recommend for bigger busts but curvy figure? an example of an item i like is the uniqlo airism tank tops. they hug the figure really nicely and comfy.

and lastly…. do sticky bras / strapless bras work for us?? i’ve been thinking of buying one but i want to make sure they actually work in keep our boobs propped where they’re supposed to be

thanks in advance !!

To all the business tech mgmt majors out there, is the program good? I am trying to aim for data analysis in the future, so I was wondering if theres anyone else in this program who can give me some insight. Currently, I am in BM and am thinking of switching before the fall 2026 semester starts

BM fall 2026 student!!

Hey i’m a BM student starting fall 2026 and i wanna make sure i can be the most prepared as i possibly can before school starts. i’m kinda scared but excited at the same time… knowing what im about to get into would help me immensely lol. anyone is welcome to reply!!

Are there any profs i should avoid/must have?

how approachable are profs in general if i have questions about coursework? or should i ask the TA?

What are some recommended liberals that i should take, is it worth taking a course that can help me skills wise vs GPA wise?( like a CS course for example, but idek if thats an option lol)

best place to study? preferably somewhere with comfy chairs and is generally pretty quiet

i want to start using the gyms at tmu and how judgy are the people there? im just starting out on working out as someone who is on the bigger side

any clubs or groups i should join as a bm major?

i’m interested in the health services management specialized major but i know its a new thing, is anyone going into it this year or know a thing or 2 about it? is it worth going into it

if theres anything else like general advice on social life etc… feel free to write it :))
