First of all, aware po ako regarding sa rule na wag dapat mag tanong for recommendation regarding ISP's/Internet Service Providers. Pero in my case, I'm just asking if it's best ba para sa lagay ko na magpakabit nung for example is Surf2Sawa na fiber or bumili ng broadband na loloadan din? Like alin po kaya mas makakatipid ako? Then after that, ako na bahala mag gather ng data kung aling ISP is best for my location. 😄

So yun na nga... Pa-help naman po. Lilipat po kasi ako ng inuupahan, and wala po wifi doon. Pwede naman daw magpakapit kung gusto ko, pero di ko alam what's best? Like ano pinaka magandang gawin ko? Kung magpapakabit nga ba or bibili nung mga broadbands for ex. is Smart 5G Max Turbo Wifi.

Anyways... I'm on a very tight budget. Workinf student po ako na nagbabayad din ng bills and I don't make much. Kaya plano ko din sana is baka magpakabit nalang ng Surf2Sawa ni Converge? Eh kaso kasi marami din ako nabasa na hindi sya recommendable. Kaya po ako lumalapit sainyo dito baka may mas maganda po kayong recommendation instead?

Just this May 20 in the afternoon, nagpa load ako kasi nasa school and I need a data of course. So as what I always do— I opened my GlobeOne App, purchased a promo load, naka link Gcash para mag deduct nalang doon kahit wala akong data (naka ios kasi kaya convenient that way). Before wala syang problema, palagi akong nagpapa load ng GoEXTRA99 to be exact. As in weekly. Never had a problem before and same method all the time using GlobeOne App.

Not until that day, May 20th— Nagbawas na sya sa Gcash ko. May reference number sa mismong Gcash app and nag text saakin Gcash na ok na yung payment. BUT I NEVER GOT THE LOAD.

So I reached out sa Globe Telecom sa messenger since dun din ako dinadala whenever I press help sa mismong GlobeOne App, and sabi nung automated responses is within 72 hours it will get refunded daw kung na-charge sakin. So sige, nag intay ako.

5 days had passed. Wala padin! So I reached out again in Globe Telecom regarding the issue and finally I was able to talk to an actual Agent. We had a conversation and binigyan na nya ako ng ticket number. P*t*ngina, June 4 na. Wala padin nangyayari!

May 27 last message sakin eto sabi through txt ni GLOBE:
"We're sorry for missing your recent inquiry. For further assistance, please text SRHELP and your mobile number to ...... (free for Globe/TM) on or before May 29. A Globe Care Specialist will call you within 24 to 48 hours. If you are currently roaming, please call our toll-free hotline at +63277301212 using your Globe mobile number. Take care!"

So that same day, since nabasa ko naman agad, edi agad-agad din ako nag follow ng instructions. After that, I never heard anything from them again. SO WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F**K WAS THAT?

I tried reaching out sa Gcash ang sabi lang is "solved" na daw yun agad on their side because the payment went through naman. So wala din sila magawa kahit sakanila na deduct pero never naman pumasok yung load.

Alam ko baka magkano lang yan para sainyo. Pero studyante palang din po ako. Alam nyo naman gaano kahirap ang pera. And it's not just about the money, it's the CUSTOMER SERVICE that matters most. Na bakit ganon? Sobrang nakaka dismaya.

Tsaka the fact na ano? Ganon ganon nalang yon? Kalimutan nalang? Eh paano kung mas malaki pala ni-load ko, na charge ako sa Gcash, pero hindi ko nareceive? Paano naman yung ibang nakaka o makaka experience ng the same issue with Globe???

Thoughts nyo naman about this or like kung paano po kaya gawin?

Hello! I'm current a college undergrad. I need advice on what to do. Ngayon po kasing bakasyon gusto ko mag trabaho, nakapag lakad na din po ako ng pre-employment requirements ko. Meron ngayon sakin nag offer na maging merchandiser sa isang store.

1st time ko po ito na magiging trabaho, nakalagay po kasi na may kontrata daw po na 5 months so May-October. Eh magkakapasok na po ulit ako ng school maybe around end of August.
