What’s it actually like working on the production line at Toyota (Burnaston)?
I’ve been looking into a production line role at Toyota through PROMAN, but I’ve heard a few mixed things—mostly people saying it’s soul-destroying with long hours and compulsory overtime.
Obviously, internet reviews can lean a bit negative, so I wanted to get some real, first-hand perspectives. Is the work-life balance actually that rough? What are the biggest pros and cons, and what’s the team culture like day-to-day?
