Thoughts on a used X570
Have about .75 acres of property that is landscaped with a decent amount of slope especially in the front of the property, some portion of the side, and even the rear has an area of slope.
Been doing a lot of research on a rider that can handle the slopes and was originally looking toward buying a new John Deere X350 but for the same price can look for a used X570 which has a transmission that should be more capable for my type of yard.
Looking around licensed dealers in my area, I noticed a used 2015 X570 with 500 hours being sold for $3,799, $1,000 less than a new X350. Mower appears to have been shed/garage kept based on photos given it looks mint. I know these engines can easily go 1,000+ hours with good routine maintenance. Seems the 2015 may be the last year run of a previous configuration of this tractor though and I can’t find much info on its specs and if it’s better/worse than the current configurations being sold. Typically older is better though when it comes to these tractors (if properly maintained).
What is your all’s thoughts on this?
