I asked the shop to find out why my steering wheel buttons don't work, but the horn works and the airbag light is NOT on. After 3 hours of diagnosing they told me they must order a new clock spring. I had an independent advise which advised me to not rush with the expensive OEM clock sprint replacement and consider replacing the buttons blocks assembly first, because the horn works and the airbag light is not on, so it must be NOT the clock spring. True or false? Yet another mechanic told me that the issue is like that because of independent parts within the clock spring which manage the horn, the airbag and the steering wheel buttons.

May i please have some help from those who've mailed in their fingerprints for their non-resident Arizona CCW. I've got the FD-258 Cards to mail in, and I can't find a clear answer on what to write into the "Reason Fingerprinted" space. The instruction sheet from the application isn't clear on that.

Any advice? Thanks.
