What is the max you can expect to make at a firm billing under 2000 hours a year?

I'm making a hair over 100k with a 2000 billable goal 4 years into practice and I just feel like I'm getting dicked around sometimes. We have firm paid for insurance, but no other benefits really besides for a small 401k match.

I look at the revenue I bring in and at the rates the we are billing for work what is the max I can even make here, it looks like 150k but idk...

I just wonder if I'm making mountains out of mole hills or if I'm missing out on potentially more money and more free time, but the lack of respect I get here is grinding me down. Idk if I have any questions or just need to rant after a bad start to the day, but any thoughts or advice on this? I'm around the northwest suburbs of Chicago

I've gotten so fat at this job! Have any of you considered taking a summer off to just work construction and lose weight? Between work and kids idk how I'm going to get healthy otherwise

Does anyone have any experience lateraling to a midsized national firm and switching from litigation to transactional? Anyway to make the move from litigation to transactional without starting all over?

Any of you know a good suit brand for someone with broad shoulders? I've looked at State and Liberty and they're too tight everywhere else, I want a classic look but just where the shoulders are bigger
