Wrongfully terminated

I was wrongfully terminated from one site I worked at through allied.

I do still have emails, recordings and write ups that support my claim. I can go into detail more if anyone would like to know.

My biggest question is who can I go to, to possibly file a lawsuit against allied due to me being terminated wrongfully?

I’ve also contacted HR, they didn’t fully review my case and took my account managers side, I am permanently terminated from Allied Universal.

I’m not looking to be employed and sent to a different site, but I would like my wrongful termination to be recognized and also pursue a lawsuit against the company and possibly my account manager as well

PS. My account manager was previously an Investigator before he retired. I’m unsure how this could go. I hate to say it but his work is VERY DIRTY. If it’s not his way of things, there’s NO way for anyone.

Seeking advice/ Help

Is anyone in the delaware county / Philadelphia area willing to give me a chance as a MA with no clinical experience? I’m even open to an internship / externship as well. A reference? Anything.

I’ve called around and no one has gotten back to me for an externship. I’ve had quite a few interviews and when I asked for feedback regarding the interview they’ve stated I was a good candidate I just lacked experience and that these practices were looking for experienced MA’s.

Please, someone help me in any way possible. I promise I’m a good person, very teachable and a hard worker. I’m always willing to grow and learn more. I’m confident in my ability to be a great MA I just need a head start, someone willing to train me and give me a chance.

(I did reach out to my school/program. It has been closed and the program is no longer available/active). So I am pretty much at a dead end when it comes to asking my program for help and advice.

Can someone please help me out or give any advice. I’m really struggling

About a year ago I went to college and obtained my CCMA certification. There were no externships offered. I’ve tried to look for some on my own and call around but I haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s been an entire year, I’ve had to work in a different industry since no one is willing to hire me or give me a chance as a medical assistant since I have no clinical experience outside of school. I’m struggling. My certification expires in exactly a year and I am having absolutely no luck finding a job as a medical assistant. If i don’t find a job within a year I don’t think i’ll be renewing my certification. I feel like I went to school for nothing and my time was wasted.

I do have prior experience as a medical receptionist. But still no one calls me back. I’m BSL cert as well.

I’m located in the Philadelphia/Delaware county area.

Any advice anyone could give me? I’m open to all suggestions.

Please and thank you.

JOBS

I need a job. Can anyone help me by any chance? Please.

I do daily searches monday-friday on glassdoor, indeed and ziprecruiter. I haven’t had any luck with getting any interviews. My resume is up to date and looks good.

I have a Medical Assistant Cert but no experience clinically outside of school.

BSL cert.

Security experience. (SOC analyst)

more experience but I think those stand out the most.

I’m not trying to be picky but i do have bills, so i’m preferably looking for 17/hr or more.

I would appreciate any help or feedback given. I’m a great worker and I learn and adapt very quickly.

Thank you
