Have star health insurance comprehensive plan (family floater ) however day by day they are introducing new new procedures before admitting to the hospital risking the claims settlement. Thinking to migrate to govt health insurance or some different company . Star health had earlier denied to any settle genuine claim for a relative admitted for dengue. Had to escalate it further to reimburse it . It has disturbed me . Suggestion.
