Suggest a good Quran with accurate translation + transliteration (physical book)

Hi, I’m Hindu and want to read Quran with proper translation + transliteration because I can’t read Arabic yet. Looking for a good physical book edition with accurate translation and complete pages.

Hindi or English both are okay for me. There are so many options online but I read reviews that some versions have wrong/misleading translations or missing pages, so I’m confused which one is actually authentic.

I specifically want a physical book, not PDF/app. Please suggest trusted editions/translators you personally found good. Thanks :)

Hi everyone,

I’m a complete beginner at the gym like zero knowledge level. I don’t even know the names of most machines 😅

I can’t afford a personal trainer right now, so I’m hoping to get some guidance here.

I’m looking for a simple weekly gym plan and advice on what I should focus on to get a lean, toned body. I’m not aiming for bulky muscles, especially in the upper body that’s actually something I’m a bit scared of, and it’s one of the reasons I’ve been hesitant to join a gym.

My details:

- Age: 29

- Weight: 54 kg

- Height: 5’4”

If anyone can suggest:

- A beginner-friendly weekly workout plan

- Which exercises/machines I should start with

- How to avoid getting bulky (especially shoulders/arms)

- Any tips for someone totally new and a bit intimidated
