I bought a Ryzen 5 3600X with a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite. I installed my working ram kit and gpu, but it cycles between CPU, DRAM, and VGA for a while and then stays at DRAM. My CPU pins are not bent or dirty. I have tried a second working ram kit and got the same results.
