Fighting Stage 4 Lymphoma, Trying to get back on my feet.

Fighting Stage 4 Lymphoma, Trying to get back on my feet.

Hey everyone, my name is Ladarious. I'm a 35 year old recent B.A. Graphic Design graduate. I was finally ready to step into my passion for design and build a future, but life took a turn I never saw coming.

For the past several months, my entire world has been focused on fighting Stage 4 Lymphoma.

Between the aggressive chemo treatments and the heavy physical toll, I haven't been able to work or even sketch as much as I'd like. The financial weight was already heavy, but it got even worse when my car was recently totaled by another driver while I was on my way to a chemo appointment.

Losing that car didn't just hurt financially it took away the reliable transportation I absolutely depend on to get to my life saving treatments. Because the medical bills and the accident hit all at once, the financial strain ultimately forced me to lose my place. Right now, I'm relying entirely on the few family members I have for a place to stay and for rides to my appointments. With this final push to reach my goal, l am so close to being able to secure a stable apartment and a reliable vehicle again, all while staying on top of my medical needs.

I worked way too hard to let this be the end of my story. I genuinely just want to get back on my feet, get back to my own space, and rebuild the life I have been working so hard for.

If you are able to help with a small donation, a share, or even just some words of encouragement to keep my spirits up, it would honestly mean the world to me. Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this, and for being part of the reason I keep pushing forward.

How do you all manage or handle severe neuropathy caused by chemo?

Hey everyone. So my chemo treatments have been incredibly hard and have taken a toll on my body

Lately, the neuropathy in my hands and feet has been getting really intense, and it’s making daily tasks a struggle. For those of you who have been through this or are currently fighting, how do you handle the nerve pain and numbness? Are there specific things that helped you get through it ?

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated right now. Thank you all.

I’ve officially pushed through my first rounds of chemo, which felt like a marathon in itself. But the finish line keeps moving I have my upcoming surgeries planned for very soon (in a couple weeks ), and the weight of it all is starting to hit me.

I’m doing my best to stay focused on the goal, but today I’m just feeling the exhaustion.

If anyone else has been in this middle ground between the chemo haze and the surgery prep how did you find your second wind? I’m not giving up, I’m just tired. Any good vibes or advice for the pre op jitters would mean a lot today.
