Anyone actually went though speech therapy for stutter can you please share you experience and whether it’s worth or not.

I've stuttered my whole life. I've gotten better at hiding my stutter but still comes up in certain situations. I don't have a lot of time or resources to go to a speech pathologist so I wanted to ask if anyone has tried any online stuttering help software and how their experience was.

I'm moving to San Francisco soon for work and I'm considering renting at Pyramid West on Clay Street.

Has anyone here lived there or know someone who has? How was your experience? Are there any issues I should know about (management, maintenance, safety, noise, pests, hidden fees, etc.)?

I'd also appreciate any thoughts on whether it's a good place for a young professional working in the Financial District.
