I had an exposure vaginal sex unprotected and am at day 14 on Pep I did PCR viral load test and hiv1/2 antigen and p24 today all came back negative. I know it too early but can this still change when I finish my medication was given telatri (TLD) am just so scared if the test will remain like this or all this test cannot detect anything now.

Last December, I completed a course of PEP medication after a previous exposure. I kept reydin tablet one remaining tablet because the person later tested HIV negative, so I wasn’t worried anymore.
Recently, I had another exposure when the condom broke, and we ended up having unprotected sex. Within about one hour, I immediately took the one PEP tablet I had kept before going to the hospital. Later, I found out that she is HIV positive and not on treatment. I was then prescribed Telatri and started taking it immediately.
My anxiety has been overwhelming. The moment I found out she was HIV positive, it felt like my whole world crashed. My head was spinning, and I felt like my life flashed before my eyes. Today is Day 8 of taking PEP, and I have been taking it as prescribed.
If I complete the full 28-day course correctly, what are my chances of remaining HIV negative? Can I still become HIV positive even if I complete the medication properly? I am struggling with intense anxiety and would really appreciate some reassurance and guidance.
