Is this new handpan out of tune?

It's an Amazon one, yes I know I shouldn't be buying them but just wanted to test the waters

Is 8 exercises too much per workout?

Here's my current setup - I have reasons for hitting each muscle group like the Tibialis but I've got a friend saying that 7 or more exercises will have you reach a plateau where you can't go forward anymore. I think that could be more true if I had a lot of junk volume, but I don't believe I do. What do you guys think?

Also, I am not exhausting myself, always feel like I have energy to push to the finish. I am not a beginner but also not advanced either.

I've been trying a method my friend taught me where you suck on the tip of the joint to moisturize it and have it burn evenly but no luck

EDIT: This was a preroll I bought, so many comments I can't reply to anything and it can't get any reach but yeah... Ive been lighting my joints like cigarettes thats probably why. Thanks everybody for the input and glad i could make some of you laugh at my struggle haha
