Whenever I have a fever, my dreams become extremely vivid and realistic, almost like hallucinations.

I’ve noticed this pattern for several years: fever = strange, intense dreams. When I’m sick with a fever and try to lie down or sleep, I start having very vivid dream-like experiences. I’m usually aware that they are dreams, but they feel much more real, intense, and “crazy” than my normal dreams.

The dreams often involve something I did recently. For example, if I played a video game earlier, I might dream as if I’m inside the game. This does not normally happen to me when I’m not feverish.

Is this considered a normal fever-related thing, or could it be something I should be concerned about?

I've tried several times to request the reset link, but it never arrives in my email. I've tried through the Android app and the mobile web browser, and I've checked my email spam folder, but nothing. I created the account via Google SSO.
