Found a dead stoat, is it still viable?

I found a roadkill stoat and am wondering if you guys think it’s still viable
It smells like death, however this could be the musk since its internal organs are pretty much all ruptured.
The fur does not slip much, only a few hairs if I pinch and pull hard, and when I found him there were some ants on him and flies around.

Anyone know where to find a wall mount base like this?

I’ve been looking for a wall mount base like this one, with a piece of wood attached for a bird to perch on, does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks
