flashbacks 2 years later

i was involved in a serious car accident, i was a pedestrian on an escooter traveling roughly 40 down a hill, the car (Mitsubishi Outlander) wouldve been going 40-45 too, and it hit me, I have zero memory of the accident but i traveled down that hill so many times prior that i can picture it happening so i get flashbacks, is that weird or normal????

so apparently acl is considered brain injury now

My opinion but so not true

Concussions/TBI in my opinion is 100x worse, especially on my scale, Ive copped probably 25+ concussions between 2021-2024 and I have basically been concussed for five years, I still have the same level of symptoms that I had when I sustained a full blown TBI in 2024, Memory loss, headaches so bad i cannot sleep etc, severe lifelong mental health issues, I had to stop playing sports at 15 years old in 2023,

Any injury could be classed as a brain injury if you think about it, eg. a broken leg, when it fully heals, your still worried about putting weight on it which is your brain sending wrong signals, same as an acl, its like every injury, you gotta tell your brain "its fine, nothing will happen", get in that mindset with all injuries and youll be fine,

As someone whos had a fair share of brain injuries and has done their knee 4 times in 18mths, they are not comparable

concussed for basically 5 years - not getting better

Ive had my fair share of injuries since 2021, done my knee 4 times, broke my leg, sprained an ankle so bad its been swollen 5 years, but those are nothing compared to the amount of concussions ive copped, My first one was Feb 2021, Second in Feb 2021, by end of 2021 i probably had copped 5, by end of 2023 when i was retired from sports at just 15yo, i had probably copped 15 diagnosed concussions (and who knows how many undiagnosed), then in 2024 I was in a severe car accident in which I sustained a proper TBI, but now, two years later, the symptoms have not improved at all, Headaches so bad i cant sleep some nights, Cant watch TV or look at a computer for a long time, Memory loss, Fatigue, Loss of appetite and severe mental health issues leading to multiple psychiatric admissions,

Im worried I will never get better, That how ive felt for basically 5 years is permanent, Anyone else in my position have any advice for me

4 times in 18 months

im 18yo this shouldnt be happening, i should almost become an honorary doctor because ive done so much to my knee in last 18mths, like literally everything at this point, like this time ive managed to kill all muscle, kill nerve, another broken bone, do a meniscus as well, gonna take me 2 months to relearn to stand its in such bad shape after 1yr 6mths of constant injuries

still no idea why i cant walk

i saw another doctor today, mind you this is 5 weeks post injury (or not really injury as nothing is showing up yet i cant feel my knee or walk), Ive done my knee 3 times before, but again, no idea why i cant feel my knee or walk without it completely buckling and why my knee is cold, leg is tingly and foot feels off, I tried asking questions, kept going around in circles, now i feel like im gonna get messed around for months if not years before finding out ive done it a 4th time, Was told come back in July

Compensation

anyone here done the compensation process, i would like advice.

so 18 months ago i was in a car accident, i was 16 at the time, I am now 18 in a week and its still messing around my life.

I almost died and had sustained bad leg/knee injuries and medical mismanagement has led to 3 further serious knee injuries including unhealed fractures and losing the ability to walk randomly a month ago, I also lost two teeth, sustained a TBI thats still presenting 18mths later and memory loss, had plastic surgery to fix up my face, I refused to drive a car for 18 months, I ended up with Bipolar 1 and hospitalized 3 times in 6 months, and dropped out of high school and couldnt work my part time job anymore so I have lost heaps of money

Thats all I can think of right now, there is so much more, but anyone whos done compensation for an accident, can I have some advice on whether I should be going after it or is my story not bad enough for a payout

done knee 3 times in 18mths, now can no longer walk

im almost 18 and i was in a car accident 18 months ago, almost died and all and medical mishaps led to 3x doing my knee, As of a month ago i randomly lost the ability to walk, like knee went cold, cant feel much, no pain, no swelling and if i try to walk, my knee folds so bad i end up on the ground, could too many knee injuries in too short amount of time be a cause, because like i also have an unhealed broken knee and leg as well from the same accident that they forgot to operate on and in my opinion, thats the worst injury ive copped to my knee because your off it for like 4-6mths or however long it was

ive done my knee 3 times in under 18 months following a bad car crash (they never fixed it properly each time), but a month ago i stopped being able to walk entirely, my bad leg gives out so bad i end up on the ground every time, My knee is also cold to touch and i cant feel much, i cant feel anything in my shin either, Is this bad??? its also not painful and not swollen but doing this, im 18 in a week, it shouldnt be this bad, does anyone know what it could be or had similar
