Cuba Independence
Hi guys! I just recently bought Victoria three and I’m really enjoying the game so far. There are some things I still don’t understand but I’m trying to play a run to where I am playing as Cuba and I gained independence from Spain. And then eventually becoming communist Cuba, and take over the Caribbean and Central America. If you guys can help me, try to get a better understanding on how I get autonomy from Spain and declare independence. I don’t understand how that works. Also, what things I should invest in team up with, etc.… I’m very new to the game and I’m excited to learn more.
