In case anyone is headed through the Fraser Canyon today or anytime soon.

We are bit over 2 years away from the next scheduled election barring an early election call. Oct 2028.

Before I over promise and dissappoint the children, do the local church's chicken still have buck a wing? Can't seem to find it online and I dont normally pass by any.

"In B.C., the delinquency rate was 0.25 per cent in the first three months of this year, a 36-per-cent increase over the first quarter of last year."

No need to sound the alarm bells yet, but overall the market is still in the slums. Good or bad depending on your perspective.

Honestly, I think the bigger onus is on parents to educate. They are the ones buying these things for their kids.

If you actually look at the disclosures, some of the "landlords" literally just hold an REIT ETF or a time share like Brent Chapman and Randene Neill, while others hold multiple properties or an actual real estate holding company like Dallas Brodie or Anna Kindy.

Nobody seems to be an actual real estate tycoon though.

Just left the plant show at Bonsor. Its happening today and tomorrow. Not huge in scale, but worth it in checking out if you are into exotic indoor plants. It was quite busy.

The report has gotten worse since the April one. Makes sense as it hasn't rained and its been warm.

Does anyone have any insight as to why some regions are 0%? Like the Upper Fraser. Does it actually mean no snow? I can believe it for Lower Thompson, but it makes no sense for the Upper Fraser as it is surrounded by snowy regions. I thought it was a data anomaly.
