I see a lot of advice on here about doing "just enough" or staying below the radar with mediocre work to remain undetected. The general consensus seems to be: hit your targets, don’t stand out, and collect the checks.
But I’m wondering if anyone is taking the opposite approach?
Does anyone here aim for "Exceeds Expectations" across multiple jobs?
i set timers a lot. it shows remaining time there. rest is apparent. world clock is quite useful too. and love the digital watch then analog more, you cant know the exact minute otherwise. i get all i want with a glance
