Appogies if this is against the rules, I was just hoping for some constructive feedback on our listing. Are we overpriced? Is inventory high? Is it the wrong time of year? Wrong broker?

It's been over 2 months (almost 3) with no offers.

Basically title. Most of the courses I've played down here barely have a range or the range is too short to actually hit the driver. Palmetto Dunes used to have toptracer bays, but it looks like those are closed?

Any other courses with a decent practice facility I can hit when I don't feel like doing a full round? Bonus if it's covered on those hot days.
