Hi! I am currently studying in atl and my parents are coming to visit for christmas. They wanted to visit a place with a traditional american-Christmas style. Think of the villages/towns)? With lights and dinners with a bell as you enter the door and pancakes and coofe. They have swen it a lot in movies so maybe the best description is something like the show everwood.

My mom hasnt seen the snow yet so I would love to be at a place with snow (around 20-25th of december) although I KNOW weather is unpredictable.

I need help because I am not from the US so no idea where to go. Also if its cheap or there are short cuts so that it is (we dont mind driving instead of flying or idk) that woudl be awesome, they pay for my studies and I sustain myself but neither have that much extra moneyy...

Just looking for some input on how to study/take notes in heavy loaded classes. Currently taking medical neuroanatomy and I am not sure how to. Exams and quizes are open notes as long as is physical (printed or written)

How do you guys take notes? And study? Any tips?

Normally I transcribe and review but since is so much information cant really do that with out spending too much time. Most of what the professor says is in the powerpoint but im not really sure how to take notes on that (thinking about buying a tablet but not sure if that is gonna solve anything). The lecture is around 2hr and my attention span is fucked 😭

Also not a fan of AI... so hopefully some old school methods?

I fuckign hateeee the need to pay to do homework... I get it might be easier for the professor and the interface are better than college, but having to pay 92.99 for it makes no sense 😭

Before you could at least o ly purchase the hw only, now you have to buy the textbook as well?? I don't have that type of money to be spending around

And I know there are this program to lower the book's cost. It just hasn't applied to any of the courses I have taken. I never opted out either.

I opened a toss bank account and did all the steps for delivery, then one day recived a call from The delivery guy and I texted with him giving the adress... I went on a trip thinking surely it would be delivered, but came back to a text saying that it has been returned because the delivery time has passed? 😭 why is it so difficult just to dleiver it?

They had evrrything (adress) and I talked throguh message 😭 I dont knwo korean so there is no use on accepting the call (first tiem I did and they were just obvsly speaking korean)

Now I cant reissue the card until the delivery company guves it back? But I leave in a month and just want to be able to retrive my cash and use it (i can only use the face pay and qr which are not normally accepted) and take some cash out 😭 cant really call or use the live chat vecause all is in korean....

Any one know what I should do next? Is there any way to issue the card in person? Is there something I should do so next time they wont give it back?

My friend and I will be going to Beijing from the 21st to the 26th (leaving at 1am on the 27th). My uni is doing one but those dates I will be traveling 😭😭 im really sad and have FOMO but of course the trip comes before the festival hahaha

Hii! So i bought a Puma ballet shoes in Comombia in february and didnt use them until today... it seemed either my foot got bigger or the shoe became smaller hahaha. Anyways it was a lot of money so I want tosell them, especially since I havent use them.

Is there an app or website or app where I can do it without needing a korean Phone number? My cellphone is blocked by my carrier so I cant put either a physical sim or an e sim. Unlocking it isnt viable (300dollars) and I debate buying a used phone since the cheaper might not work with certain apps and I feel like most are related to a specific carrier too.

Any suggestions?

So me and 2 other friends want to travel to China for 5 days (so little but we have class that we can't miss and our budget could only allow so much hahah)

• Shenzhen-> Chongquin ->Beijing

I really want to spend jusg a night at Chongqing (I know the sub has their reservations hahah) and my friend is an engineer and loves robots (hence Shenzhen), and Beijing is a must for the wall and the prohibited city. there any other city to see tech as Shenzhen closer to the north (my friend is open to other)? Should I reorganize the schedule?
