It's high time you show up, Mr Husband 😏😭

Where are you?? Like fr, where are youuu?? I'm turning 30 in 3 months and you are nowhere to be found, excuse me?? Did you forget about the contract we made before taking birth??

They say I'm supposed to get out of the house, go on dates and meet new people to find you. I'm not doing that, honey. I just want to meet you directly. I don't have the patience to meet random guys just to eventually land on you. Just see this post and DM me, I'll forgive you for being late 😂 I guess we still need to get to know each other, become friends, then become lovers and then get married. Gotta respect the plot. So let's act like we don't know each other. Let's pretend to be strangers and give it a go 😏

Hi, Mr Husband. I'm 29F, soon to be 30. I wish I could say soon to be your wife but we need to know and understand each other first. Also, I need to figure out my career. I can't do a regular job and I'm still trying to find my purpose. So let's give it 2-3 years to learn and study one another. Even though I'm 29, I'm 7 at heart and I don't want to grow old with you. I want us to be two weirdos having fun in life keeping each other's inner child happy.

Fortunately or unfortunately, I have an autoimmune disease and I don't want to pass down those genes to my children, so I'm staying childfree. But I'm a fun aunt to be around, you can ask my nieces 😂 I can do aunty duties for your nieces and nephews too.

I can cook pretty well, I love sweets and I'll make you whatever you ask unless it's non-veg because I'm scared of blood, I can't clean it and I don't plan on learning it, sir. I'm sorry. If you want me to cook it, you gotta clean it. I'm trying to become a vegetarian but it's hard and I don't know if I can be one. But I love cooking! I like trying out new recipes. You can be the judge for my cookery show, as well as my sous chef and sometimes my guinea pig too 😅

And I'm a big fan of Lord Krishna. He's my best friend, the love of my life (you are second on the list, btw). I'm spiritual, trying to be a better person every day and I wish you were spiritual too. I'm Telugu and I would love for you to be Telugu as well. We can jam to Annamayya keerthanalu and DSP numbers too. Telugu abbailu, you are most welcome. I live in Chennai and I would prefer someone from here because the colder seasons are not so cold and are better for my health.

I would really love to have a simple wedding in a temple, preferably Tirumala if God permits, with our close family and friends, less than 20 people if possible. I don't like crowds and I don't want to be the centre of attention at a big wedding. Not happening, sir. You can't convince me 😂

I like crocheting and I love making cute stuff for babies and myself, I can make some for you too. Now I'm learning knitting, in case you didn't know, both are different. Besides that, I love baking. I might someday open a small little café. I really wish that dream comes true.

Let's discuss what I want in my man- teetotaler, non-negotiable. Telugu preferably. Someone who's honest, loyal, kind, sweet and calm. Someone who doesn't shout at me or get annoyed when I'm crazy. Most importantly, someone who's emotionally available and willing to talk things out instead of ignoring it or running away from it. Someone who values a person for who they are and not for what they do or earn. Someone who's funny and doesn't take offence when I make fun of him.

And please, younger guys, don't DM me. I want someone older than me, I want to be babied 😭 We can do maximum 5 years older than me; beyond that gives elder brother vibes.

Please don't send "hi", "hello". Share something about you. A cringe pickup line is acceptable too 😂

See you in my DMs, byeee...

Edit: Guys!!! I didn't expect so many dms, it's overwhelming. Please be patient, I'll get back to you.

Thanks for all your lovely comments, you all. That's so sweet. I hope everyone finds their partner soon. Best of luck to all of us 🤗🩷

Also, IF YOU CAN'T BE KIND, DON'T BE MEAN. GET LOST, respectfully. Don't leave hate comments.

Where are you, Mr. Husband?

I miss you. I'm missing you so very much... sooo veryyy much that words can't describe it😭

When will you come, babe? Do you even exist beyond my imagination or am I just being too delusional?

I've been searching for you everywhere. I've been searching for you in every man... and I'm sooo sorry for doing that.

How could I even think that you would ghost me for hours? How could I even think that you would comment on other girls posts? How could I even think that you would slide into girls dms? How could I ever think my man would do all that? 😭

I'm sorry for looking for you in the wrong men.

Ugghh, I can't go any longer without you, dumbo. Please come already. I know being desperate will only make things worse, so I'm just going to relax and let the universe do its thing. I'm not going to search for you anymore... just drop through my roof already😭

I miss you. Take care of your beautiful self.

Bye.

P.S. This is not an invitation for men to slide into my dms. I don't want to talk to anyone but my husband. Goodbye.

Happy Mother's Day?

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mothers who love their children unconditionally. Me? I don’t know if I’m one of those lucky ones. I do get love, but only when she wants something to be done by me. It comes as love bombing with “amulu,” “kanna,” “chinni”… otherwise, I’m mostly just my name, or “osey,” or other mean words I don’t want to repeat here when I’m a “difficult child.”

They say no matter how old you become, you’re always a child to your mother. So I’m going to refer to myself as a child, not as a grown-up woman.

This post is for all the children who feel sad or jealous when they see others celebrating Mother’s Day. We always get this question, why didn’t I get a loving mother? I’m someone who cries watching emotional scenes in movies, especially mother-child or father-child ones… quietly asking myself, what did I do wrong to miss out on something so precious? I’ve even fought with God for not giving me loving parents. I guess we’ll never know the reason.

Over the years, I’ve realized that no matter who loves me or doesn’t, I should love myself unconditionally. Yes, I didn’t get the privilege of being loved by my parents, but that’s not the end of the world. I want to tell my younger self that one day, you’ll grow beyond all these mean people and love yourself for who you are. You deserve to be loved for who you are, not for what you do or what you’re capable of becoming.

That said, I’ve learned what not to become from watching my mother. I’ve learned that it costs nothing to be kind, and that you shouldn’t get angry at someone when they mess up. You definitely shouldn’t fight with your husband about his mom’s cooking skills, because everyone loves their mother’s cooking, right? Me? I don’t, though. Guess I’m an exception.

I’ve always been angry at her for not being a good mother, and by that, I mean an emotionally supportive one. Someone who doesn’t speak badly about me to others just to look good or save her image by making me the villain.

It’s strange how everyone around us is able to see her true colors now. When I was little, I wanted everyone to see that. But now, I don’t. Because her circle is getting smaller, and I can see her becoming lonely because of who she is.

But again, that’s not my problem to think about. She won’t accept that she’s wrong, and she will never seek therapy. Instead, she might send me to a mental hospital just for suggesting it. So I choose to be a spectator, watching her world crumble. The world she valued more than her child. The world that only saw her good, fake side.

I used to hate her for the person she is and the mother she was to me. But now, I don’t bother, because I know I was never the problem. She has her own battles, and I’ve chosen not to fight for her or with her. Now I just step back and witness everything like an audience.

And somehow, that has freed me from the painful cycle of hating myself and hating her. I just hope she doesn’t get hurt when she realizes everyone knows her true colors.

To all the girls and boys who’ve had a difficult relationship with their parents, you are worth loving. You don’t need to earn their love or prove that you deserve it. Start loving yourself. Your relationship with yourself and God matters more than any other relationship in this world.

And a very, very happy Mother’s Day to all the lovely mothers out there. Thank you for showing me that a mother’s love can be unconditional.

I did anga pradakshinam in Tirumala for the first time yesterday. I went alone but I didn’t know I’d end up meeting one of the sweetest people ever.

I’ve never really been out alone at night before. In my whole life, I’ve always had someone with me. But there I was at 12:30am, walking by myself and I wasn’t scared at all. I think only in Tirumala you can feel like that. You’re alone but not really. There are people everywhere and it just feels safe. Still felt like a small adventure.

I took a dip in the pushkarani (freezing btw😭) and while walking towards the Vaikuntam Q complex, I ended up with this girl. She was also doing anga pradakshinam for the first time. We didn’t talk much but we just stayed together.

We waited in the compartment for nearly 2 hours and that’s when she told me about her seva experience. It’s actually rare to meet people who are devotional like that at a young age. You usually only see that on reels😭

Then we did anga pradakshinam during suprabhatam time. Okay small detour because what even was that experience😭

The ambience, the excitement of doing it for the first time, suprabhatam recited by Veda pandithulu (not fully sure if that’s the right word) and chanting along with them while doing anga pradakshinam…pure goosebumps. I was literally high on adrenaline.

After that, we waited again for darshanam and then had one of the most peaceful darshanam I’ve ever had. No pushing, no pulling. It lasted more than 10 seconds, first time ever. And his beauty… I genuinely don’t have words.

Thanks to her for telling me to stand in the middle line😭 people were almost pushing me into the first line, where I later saw volunteers pulling pilgrims.

Then she took me to Vakula Matha sannidhi. I didn’t even know where it was, only heard about it. She literally held my hand and took me😭 Then we went to Yoga Narasimha Swami as well, she was dodging volunteers like a pro🤣

We got laddoo prasadam inside the temple and came out. She even dropped me off near my accommodation and then walked towards her place.

We didn’t talk much at all, but it never felt like I was with a stranger. It felt like I was with a friend or honestly like a sister.

At one point I thought of asking her if we could be Tirumala buddies, like coming here together for darshanam or seva, but I overthought it and didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to sound weird. So I just left it like that.

I don’t think she’ll ever see this, but thank you, Manasi 😭 You made this whole experience so much more special than I expected.

Edit: Whoever gave the award, thank you so much 😭🩷
