Fat cat

I’m approaching my goal weight, but I have a serious problem. My cat is still fat. I can’t have a 20lb cat when I’m so sleek & trim.
What dose of gray Reta should I give him? He’s about 22lbs. I need him at goal weight in 3 weeks for a party.
Please help!

Help with results

I (53F) had a 3 level cervical fusion 5/18. Preop labs showed mild neutropenia. I hadn’t been sick. I had been dealing chronic pain & inflammation in my neck & shoulder area for years, had major rotator cuff repair in Jan. I noticed I had multiple palpable lymph nodes in axilla & cervical. 2 weeks postop labs showed neutrophils increasing, lymph nodes were decreasing. Around 4 weeks lymph nodes stopped getting smaller. PCP felt enlargement on L groin & R axilla, US imaging was negative on both. These are the morphology results. PCP said path is taking longer than usual. Are these the same test? Other notable results: WBC 4.3,AST 38, neutrophils 50, lymphocytes 42. Everything else is WNL.

What level of worry should I assign to these results?

Kudos to my PCP

I work in HIM, so have some knowledge of how healthcare works in the US.

I just want to say I have a wonderful PCP. I’ve been with her for 3ish years. She is the best. I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful she is. I’ve moved all my people to her. I started to tell my story, but y’all are busy. I know you work hard, you care about your patients & community. Burnout is very real. Please take care of yourselves. Communities might not know, but we can’t make it without y’all.

I just wanted to give everyone a gold star, thumbs up, way to go, I appreciate you & all the things you do.
I tell my PCP & staff how great they are. I hope your patients do too.

New store

New store grand opening in a few days!! I can’t wait. The shopping choices here are sparse and not convenient, like at least an hour away..

Any must knows? I haven’t been to the maxx in…years.

Thanks!
