Growing out of a tree in Alabama. I thought it may have been a destroying angel, but it does have the little skirt. I am new to identifying.

I’ve tried antifungal cream, salicylic acid, tea tree oil, pimple patches. I’m not sure what it is. But they are very annoying and sometimes painful. Any thoughts? I can’t afford a dermatologist.
