What kind of macro ratio will help me maintain a very lean body but leaves energetic for high demadn job amd studies ?

I have heard a lot about keto and low carb to burn fat but then people often say carb is necessary for energy.

I am confused and I need some good educated advice based on experience as well.

I am female and currently weigh 54kg at 160cm. I have lost good amount of weight and fat but currently struggling to achieve an optimum physique, some stubborn fat remains in arm and belly so I want to loose this as well. I am aiming for leaner body with less fat but I also want to maintain sufficient energy in my system so I can study and work and stay active both physically and mentally throughout my long day and will be hitting gym about 4 times /week to focus on strength training.

I was wondering what kind of marco (carb, protien, fat) ratio will help me achieve that ?

What do you think about women asking for separate residence after marriage?

So I came across this article about a judgement in the marital dispute case and I remember coming across a similar judgement last month :

Wife's Demand For Separate Residence Without Reason Amounts To Cruelty: Kerala High Court Grants Divorce https://lawbeat.in/news-updates/wifes-demand-for-separate-residence-without-reason-amounts-to-cruelty-kerala-high-court-grants-divorce-1619946

Putting aside other facts of the specific case in the article without disregarding their weight in the matter, is wanting a separate house from in-laws really an "invalid demand" as Indian courts see it. I surely understand that partners can be non cooperative with each other and create disputes and all but how come wife is wrong in simply wanting to live away from in-laws?

By that logic isn't every husband wrong in living away from his in-laws and more so, can a wife demand her husband to live her in her parent's house?

EDIT: a lot of people commented about explaining the validity of the judgement in the specific case mentioned but post was never about that, I am not debating the validity of the judgement of this specific case, nor I intend to portray the wife in this case as completely faultless, that is why I said keeping aside the other facts of this case in their due regard and weight for the matter, my question was around Indian courts saying that a wife has to have some special reason to not want to live with her in-laws , is this a just view? What if a wife has no problem living with the husband but has with the in-laws. Here is another case of a similar kind https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.livelaw.in/amp/high-court/madhya-pradesh-high-court/wife-not-entitled-to-maintenance-lack-of-harmony-with-in-laws-husbands-attention-towards-parents-540556

Is a significant portion of wealth in India effectively invisible in official statistics?

I've been wondering about something related to wealth measurement in India.

Is it common for wealthier Indian families to hold a considerable share of their assets or income in ways that don't fully appear in official records (for example, through unreported cash transactions or other forms of "black" wealth alongside fully documented assets)?

If so, does that mean that the wealth and asset distribution we see in official statistics understates the true wealth of India's middle, upper-middle, and upper classes? How much does this affect research on inequality, household wealth, and consumption?

I'm not looking for anecdotes but for evidence-based answers. Are there any economists, researchers, or people familiar with taxation, real estate, or household finance who can give some insight here?

I'd also appreciate recommendations for books, academic papers, datasets, or reports that examine undocumented wealth, tax evasion, household balance sheets, or the political economy of wealth in India. I'm especially interested in quantitative work with estimates, figures, and data rather than opinion pieces.

Thanks!
