have a doubt regarding that recent issue of warranty.

i have booked my build from a good shop in nehru place delhi , a 5080 build

card is zotac 5080 solid core oc, date written on package is MARCH 2026, so f i am buying it in oct, will i be eligible for warrenty from date of purchase ???

also any thing that i should check/be aware of while buying this card, my only concern is its march 2026 card

what will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using

1440p (4K IN FUTURE) gaming, mainly single-player AAA with ray tracing and path tracing: Cyberpunk 2077, [add other games, e.g. Alan Wake 2, Black Myth: Wukong, GTA VI when it launches]. Also some coding and dev work (IDE, Docker). I plan to keep the PC for 5+ years.

Location: Delhi NCR. I can visit Nehru Place in person.

RAM: ₹60k is the same everywhere because of the DRAM shortage. I'd switch to CL30 if the price is similar.

GPU: Every 5080 under ₹1.8L is out of stock, and in-stock ones are ₹2L+, so this quote looks decent.

Questions:

Is the 5080 worth ₹40–50k more than a 5070 Ti for 1440p path tracing?

Is the 9800X3D overkill at 1440p? Would a 7800X3D or 9700X make more sense?

Has anyone had problems with the Zotac Solid Core (thermals, noise, coil whine)?

PN1000M or a quality 850W unit (RM850x or MSI A850GL)?

Any known issues with the Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WiFi6E and the 9800X3D?

Shops: Has anyone bought from Kryptronix Gaming (Deenar Bhawan, Nehru Place)? I'd like to hear about build quality, whether the parts matched the quote, and warranty or RMA support. Which Nehru Place shops do you trust, and which should I avoid (part swaps, refurbished items sold as new, grey-import GPUs)?
