What do you think is the biggest “what if” in Grey’s Anatomy?
I’m currently watching Season 11.
So far, I think the biggest what if has to be the plane crash. It completely changed the trajectory of so many characters and made me wonder how different the show would have been if it had never happened.
What’s your biggest what if up to this point (or overall)? I’m curious to hear everyone’s opinions.

How do walkers actually know who’s alive if everyone is already infected?
I’ve been thinking about something that has always confused me in The Walking Dead.
It’s explained that everyone is already infected, and the virus only activates after a person dies. If that’s the case, why do walkers always attack living humans but completely ignore other walkers?
Are they detecting body temperature, heartbeat, breathing, or something else? If it’s not the virus itself they’re sensing, has the show or Robert Kirkman ever given an official explanation?
I know people can cover themselves in walker guts to blend in, which suggests smell plays a role, but it still seems strange considering every living person is technically already infected.
Did I miss an explanation somewhere, or is this just one of those things the audience is supposed to accept?
