Can I move my betta to this new tank yet?

I started a 6 gallon tank for my betta and it’s been about 2-3 weeks since it started cycling. I put an ammonia source in 24 hours ago to test the water today, but i’m not totally sure if i can safely transfer him yet.
The first picture above for the tests I did in the new tank in order; ph test, ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates.
Second picture is an ammonia test for the tank he’s currently in.

The tank he is in currently has high ammonia levels due to some difficulties I had when I received it, so I’m also wondering what methods I can use to transfer him when it is time, since im a little nervous about cross contaminating water if that’s even possible lol. Same with the plants in his current tank, I’m not entirely sure if it’d be okay to plant those in this new tank. If I’m a little misinformed anything please let me know, I only started a few weeks ago so I’m by no means an experienced fish keeper. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
