i plan to do my masters abroad and people are sayin that MIT has a better international rep than vasavi . so thats a plus for mit
but i also heard that EEE as a group has very less scope, lesser than ece . thats a plus for vasavi
so is vasavi a good clg for ece and for pursuing masters abroad
im between these 2 options but cant decide what to pick
fee is not a problem just wanted to ask if vasavi is a good clg for ece
ill be joining eee at manipal this year but all the double rooms in block 16/17 have been booked
the only ones remaining are the single rooms in block 18/19 non ac
will there be any new rooms or is this it

guys this may be a bit late to ask this question but can i rely on branch change this year
the thing is i badly want to get into manipal ece (6.1k) but seeing the last 2 rounds cutoff i dont thing ill get it , so im thinking or taking ee or eee and changing my branch to ece for second year and im ready to work hard for it
my main reason is that i wanna build a good portfolio as i want to do my masters abroad,and its gonna be like twice as hard if i just go to a random state college
or is there any other way cuz ive heard that intra round is not dependable + even with intra i doubt ece at my rank
do i need a gap certificate for the certificate verification like its not mentioned anywhere in the brocheur
do i have to go to clg or can i just take the print out of the pdf
i booked a slot yesterday and it said that sms sent to my number but i didnt get any sms till now what do i do , anyone else facing this problem?????
when i try to print the slot receipt its just redirecting me to the slot booking again

so i got the mail from manipal that i got ece alloted in mit B and that if i dont pay the 2.9 lakh that "candidate is out of the councelling process" waht does that mean like im aiming for ece in main campus (6.1k) rank but this is confusing me . do i just do nothing and wait for round 2?
ive been wanting to get into manipal ece . but i just checked and the tution fee is 24.42 lakh.if thats just the tution fee isint it about 30-35 lakh for 4 years .i come from a middle class family should i just settle for my state college ( getting a top clg in state)
my parents keep telling me that its ok beta we will take care of the fees but i cant help but feel guilty since i also have a sister who is going to 11 rn
guys im getting ece in both mit manipal and vnr and cbit but im getting mixed reviews on which is better
some are saying manipal is too posh + bad influence
and other are vnr and cbit are better please gimme ur opinion on this i dont know much about both colleges but it would help me if you could drop a review of what you know
ps: i just found out that its approx 30-35 lakh for manipal for 4 years and i come from a middle class family
so i got 70 marks any my rank is 50xx. which top colleges can i get ece in , my father said that i can only get vasavi or smt as the rest are pretty hard with my rank . so i need your opinion on this as i dont know much about the colleges and cutoffs
