I got a large deep sigh wound in my hand from crashing a motorbike in vietnam, i’ve been disinfecting it. it happened ~20hrs ago and there is whitish pus coming out on the wound and redness around the sore. Could it be infected? DM for a picture

Is this legit? It doesn’t look like any spores i’ve seen

other than the tiny black spec neither vial has anything more in them. could these be fake? (bought from a reputable store)
