This is very demotivating, imagine grinding for years, stacking ur resume, only to see dumb fcks get shortlisted.

I am in 3rd year, good no of companies have come to our college for interns for now, one company just picked 2 girls who are some of worst candidates in that round,

The girl after interview was joking that, Interviewer was doing ass licking, i also did the same lol. they did not even take proper interviews for candidates at end of list giving only 7min, whereas those girls gave interviews for approx 42 mins.

then another company is so dumb, they made us give OA in a website on a browser, one can simply switch tabs and copy. and trust me, this is a pretty good company in bengaluru, so ppl who just went off the exam hall and gave exams all got shortlisted.

So I have all proofs, works done, letter of working, whenever I call the cofounder, he says it will be done today, tommorrow, etc but is never done, I am constantly following up from February, calling Almost everyday, yesterday he scolded me saying not to keep calling him constantly, he is aware, he will clear it and also terminate the contract, but he has given tons of timelines before and has not cleared the money,

I cant afford legal case, I am in 3rd year, what can i do? please help, this thing is eating my peace everyday.
