Too large?

Is this bike too large for me, and to such a degree that I should return it?

I’ve done a few rounds of VeloFit and it’s somewhat happy after setting the seat to maximum depth, but I could still benefit from a shorter stem and a taller handlebar. The stem is already only 60mm though.

Still it feels a bit too long, and my hands prefer to move back from the hoods to be comfortable. Due to pressure on the hands I would like to slide the seat further back, but that would make the reach even longer.

I wonder if the bike might be a size too large, or if it's just an unfamiliar posture. I can still return it, but I wanted to ask you guys if that hassle is necessary and worth it.

NBD Grizl CF7

With the lovely new paint.

Oh and I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my upper femur, so I can’t try it for 6 weeks.

Rekon —> Romy Radial?

Anyone with experience with the Rekon and the Romy Trail Radial?

My Ibis Ripley 140/130 came with DHR front and Rekon rear. While I love the rolling speed of the Rekon, I’m often spooked by the rear slipping.

I want more grip while not sacrificing too much speed.
I’m thinking Albert MID front + Romy Trail MID. Or even double Romy MID. Soft is too slow?

How different is the rolling resistance on these two tyres?
