I’ve got an interview lined up at Icw Group for a worker’s compensation role.
One thing I’ve noticed that oftentimes when there’s a role for worker’s comp, they want someone with 5-10 years.
Does anyone possess any insight into the company, culture, pay, workload for the claims adjuster role?

I have some interviews lined up for The Hartford. It’s a full time Hybrid position in Property Claims. I thought it’d be salary but it’s hourly.
Does anyone have any recent insight into the company culture, workload? Tips? Recommendations?
I was wondering if the registered companions get their own log in to monitor the standby list, and if they can put themselves on and take themselves off of it? I was able to do this with another airline.
Or is everything through the employee?
